This website is operated by Germanns Print Company, based in Celina, Ohio. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from us. Our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies provide additional information about your orders and personal information.

Orders and customer information

Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information when placing an order. If you notice an error, contact germannsprintcompany@gmail.com promptly. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch.

Products and images

Please review product descriptions and size information before ordering. Colors may appear differently across screens. Images identified as generated mockups are design illustrations, not photographs of finished inventory.

Custom apparel, DTF transfers and gang sheets

Custom projects begin with a quote. We will agree on the project specifications, pricing, artwork requirements and production timing before you place your order. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or authorize production.

You are responsible for reviewing any artwork proofs and confirming spelling, sizes, quantities and print locations before approving production. Requests for changes after approval may affect pricing and timing and must be agreed upon with us.

Artwork permissions

By providing artwork for printing, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. We may decline requests involving artwork that infringes another person’s rights or is unlawful. Providing artwork for an order does not give us permission to use it in marketing.

Shipping and delivery

Our Logo Tee ships within 2 business days, as described in our Shipping Policy. Carrier transit time is additional. Custom-order production and shipping timing are agreed upon separately.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible non-personalized Logo Tees have a 30-day return-request window from receipt. Personalized orders are final sale for change of mind, with exceptions for defects, damage or mistakes on our end.

Do not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information without authorization.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. Updates will not retroactively change the agreed terms of an existing order.
