Return and Refund Policy

Non-personalized Logo Tees

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your non-personalized Germanns Print Company Logo Tee. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email germannsprintcompany@gmail.com. Contact us before mailing an item so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including size preferences. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, we will cover any required return shipping.

Personalized and custom orders

Personalized apparel, custom DTF transfers and custom gang sheets are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not apply to defects, damage or mistakes on our end.

Problems with your order

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos, if possible, so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
